This privacy policy notice applies to this website www.yourfamilyhistoryservice.com and all work undertaken by myself, Tania Harris. It governs the privacy of those who use it.

All work undertaken is done so in complete confidence. I will never share with or sell your details to anyone ever, I will not spam you.

Information given to me via email, contact form, telephone or in person is for the purpose of family history research only. I keep your information on a secure system for a period of 3 months after the final completion of a research project, after which I delete it.

I keep research for 3 months so the information is at hand, should you wish me to look at it again, or expand on it.

Should you wish it deleted at any point, no problem, just let me know by email or phone and I will do so immediately without palava! No one other than myself will have access to this information. It will not be shared with anyone other than yourself in the manner agreed and it will be used strictly for the purpose of researching your family history as directed by yourself in order to provide you with a family history report.

I keep copies of invoices for 7 years for my records as a sole trader. I do not store banking details at all.
